Bio: I am a licensed massage therapist with six months experience. I strongly believe that when the body, mind, and spirit is at peace, it helps the person's wellbeing. In the past, I had relatives who encouraged me to enter massage school because they believed that I had strong warm hands that will easily relieve someone's pain. I took their advice, and I pursued my career in massage. Now as a therapist, I have my own practice in Westport. I love what I do, and anything that could help someone, I am there to assist a person's needs. I mostly give deep tissue and myofascial release because the majority of my clients come to my office with chronic pain on low back, shoulders, neck, and extremities. In my work, I do integrate some of chiropractic modalities such as some special strecthes and mobilization on the joints that really motivate the clients to feel looser and relaxed. My clients are amazed of my tremendous work, and they usually come back for appointments. I am open for good clients in need and in stress.
